the hotel staff were kind and helpful. i especially appreciated the easy access to tennis courts. nearby, i found convenient bike rentals and delicious restaurants, it added so much value to the whole trip.
during my stay, i noted that the lobby felt somewhat outdated, which contrasted with the otherwise modern amenities, it could use some updating

I appreciated the bus stop directly outside. It made travel into town simple. the breakfast offered a huge spread with varied choices. i found the staff helpful and friendly.
the room cleaning was not thorough. i found sand on the floor. this was a bit disappointing. after i reported it, the room was not cleaned at all.

The breakfast buffet had lots of choice. It had very good quality food.
The location lacked a huge amount of dining options. We got a bus into Palma one evening as a few places were closed. MONDAY was the day many were closed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the relaxing pool area.
The hotel is dated. On arrival, I waited for baggage that never arrived. I went to reception and found it sitting there. There was only one plug socket in the room, so an extension lead was provided.

i enjoyed the pools. there was an indoor one and an adults-only option. the hotel location felt peaceful. you might need a car because finding taxis was a challenge.
the air conditioning did not work as well. the room was also a bit small. otherwise, i had a nice stay.
